Our Story

SimFlyHola was founded by a group of frequent travellers who were frustrated by the complexity and cost of staying connected abroad. After years of dealing with expensive roaming charges, unreliable airport SIM kiosks, and confusing data plans, our founders decided to build a simpler solution.

We launched our first eSIM product in 2021, initially covering a handful of European destinations. The response from customers was overwhelmingly positive, and we quickly expanded our coverage to include Asia, the Americas, and beyond. Today, SimFlyHola offers plans covering more than 190 countries and territories.

How We Work

SimFlyHola operates as a digital-first business. We do not have physical retail locations. All of our products are delivered digitally, and all customer support is provided by email. This allows us to keep our costs low and pass the savings on to our customers.

We source our eSIM plans from a network of established telecommunications partners. These partners operate the physical network infrastructure in each country. SimFlyHola acts as a reseller and service provider, handling the customer experience, billing, and support.

Our technical infrastructure is designed for reliability and security. We use encrypted payment processing and do not store payment card details. Customer data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
